Aunt Honey’s Place is a family owned and operated business nestled in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland.

  • Christmas is one of our favorite times of the year and we love making beautiful vibrant Christmas pieces featuring lots of snowmen!
  • A vast majority of our items are made exclusively by us in our shop. We offer many personalized items such as signs, Christmas stockings, garden flags, bags and totes, mugs and lanterns.
  •  Our Christmas ornament selection is awesome and are personalized free of charge! This is one of our favorite Christmas traditions❤

We get asked all the time, who is Aunt Honey? Is she real? The answer is yes!

I am Aunt Honey! I wasn’t always Aunt Honey…lol I am also Aunt Kimmi, Mom, Ma, Grandma, Nana, Kimmer...Aunt Timmy(lol) The letter K is hard for toddlers... I answer to all ❤

In December of 2008 our family was blessed with a great niece named Angela. A little red headed cutie sporting green eyes! We loved spending time with her. Once she was learning how to talk, I tried relentlessly to get her to say Aunt Kimmi... but she would just shake her head no, smile and run away.

One evening Dave called up the steps for me to grab him something. (** He always calls me honey.)At his side was his ginger sidekick Angela, who was always willing to be involved in whatever was transpiring with “Uncle D”.

It was then I heard this little voice call out to me as well... Aunt Honey!

 My heart melted. That’s me! I’m Aunt Honey! It became comical as others would call me Kim and Kimmi, Little miss Angela would correct them and point to me and say “that Aunt Honey”!

 Fast forward she is now turning 11 this year and still my only name from her is Aunt Honey!!

Two years after Angela we got her little sister, blonde haired blue eyed Savannah, and the newest addition, another ginger named Natalie ( who was given my middle name as hers) who came on Christmas Day 2017. And to them I am still Aunt Honey❤ 

 Needless to say we love our nieces!

We are still Aunt Kimmi and Uncle D to some amazing great nephews and nieces...A spitfire named Maverick and his little carbon copy brother Remington who bring us great joy!

We also became honorary Aunt & Uncle to our dear friends granddaughters, Jayde and Melody!

Being Aunt Honey and Uncle D has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives! Having Aunt Honey’s Place has allowed us to be part of so many activities with them. Dance classes, trips, school programs, recitals and of course making personalized keepsakes for them and with them!
